Foreclosure sales are held the first Tuesday of each month and generally commence at 10:00 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the south entrance of the Titus County Courthouse at 100 W. First Street, Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Bidder is responsible for all property research. All sales are without warranty as to the size, location and condition of the property, as well as any claims against the property. **Although any person can make a bid on the day of the sale, the deed will not be issued until proof is shown that all Titus County property taxes have been paid in full to the Tax Assessor-Collector.
