  • Update: Due to the redistricting lawsuits, the new voter registration cards have not been approved to be mailed out yet. We will update this post when they are. -1/13/26

We are starting the process of issuing the new voter registration cards today. Around the first of the year you will receive a new "orange" registration card, at the last mailing address we have on file for you. If you do not receive a card by January 15th, please reach out to our office, to see if it was returned to us for some reason.
We have been working hard to confirm every boundary line in the county for Voter Precincts, Commissioner, JP, and Constable Precincts, School Districts, City Limits, and much more. We have had to make changes to some areas. So be sure to look at your Voter Precinct Number, on your new card. This will affect which voting location you are now assigned to. If you have questions you can call our office at 903-575-0902. You can also use the interactive map, on the CAD, to look up this information to confirm.

Update:
Our office wants to update you on some redistricting we have been working on. Each voter is assigned a Voting Precinct, Commissioner Precinct, JP and Constable Precincts, along with if you live in the city limits, and which school district you are in. All of these have very different boundary lines. In the past we had to use paper maps to see these lines and that made it very difficult to see the boundary lines. We attained new software this year, to help us make sure everyone's information is correct, and up to date. You will be receiving a new voter registration card, for 2026-2027, around the first of the year. So, be sure you check your new card to see if your voting precinct has been changed. That will be very important when you go to vote in the 2026 Primary. We know, no one likes change, but we are making sure everyone is voting in the right precincts. If you receive a new card and have questions, please give us a call, at 903-575-0902. You can also use the new software. Go to https://gis.bisclient.com/tituscad/ and type in yours residence address. You can then use the overlays to show you your Commissioner and Voting Precincts. You can also add overlays for city limits and school districts.
Thank you, to the Titus County Appraisal District, for allowing us to use their interactive map to set up these overlays.
